Haven Gallery is honored to present “Whispering Wings”, an exhibition of new paintings by England based Lynne Bellchamber. “Whispering Wings” is Bellchamber’s first solo show at the gallery and features twelve acrylic works of ethereal fairyfolk as they meander through fields of flowers, mushrooms and trees, commingling with animals and the natural world. Jewel tone palettes with gossamer lighting transport us to the magical and secretive lives of these tiny beings, embracing us in their magic and brightness.
About Lynne Bellchamber
Lynne studied at Brighton University, where she gained her degree in Fine Art in 1998. It was whilst studying at Brighton that she met her now husband James, and they decided to settle in the nearby town of Eastbourne.Her first show was the Art Foundation End of Year Exhibition, where every piece of her work was sold. She also exhibited at the Fine Art Painting End of Year Degree Show 1998.
Lynne returned to Berkshire in 2008 where she now resided with James, her two daughters and two cats.
Sadly, James passed away unexpectedly in 2020, but Lynne is still finding peace in her artwork. James will continue to motivate and inspire her with every piece she paints.
